Returns & Refunds
We want you to be happy with your PinkLuxe purchase. We offer returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and cosmetic products, opened or used items may not be eligible for return where applicable.
- Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the return instructions.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
